List Tickets

The list of all tickets with their basic properties can be viewed in the Tickets Tab. Here you can perform several filter, sort and other bulk actions.

Sort Tickets

Tickets can be sorted ascending or descending with the following criteria.

• Ticket ID
• Ticket Subject
• Requester
• Assigned To
• Created Date
• Due Date
• Status
• Priority
• Group
• Site
