Ask Question button presents a form that requires a Title ( Short Description ) of the question and a question details view to define the problem.
It also presents to add relative “Tags” field. Users with required rights can add their own tags.

Below the question, users can provide their answers. Answer field supports rich text formatting and tables.
Comments are provided to ask additional information about the problem and to clarify the answer if it doesn’t work in certain cases.
Questions and answers can be ‘Upvote’ and ‘Downvote’ based on the usefulness, authenticity and relativity. These indicators bring the best answers on the top. The person who asked the question has the right to mark any question as correct answer.
