Ticket Group
Ticket Groups are provided to classify the Technicians in the Groups as per their department, team or section.
Ticket Group is not a mandatory field to create a ticket. In automatic ticket creation, ticket group is kept empty.
Ticket group can be modified from the Ticket Details Box.
Tickets can be arranged and sorted by Ticket Groups.
