Ticket Work Log

Technicians can calculate their working hours and log them automatically with the help of ticket timers provided with every ticket. Technicians can also manually log their work in the work log section of the ticket.

You can create the “+ Work Log” button to manually log the work.

Work Logs can be viewed, edited and deleted in the Ticket Details page.
