Ticket Site is provided to define the location of the incident to resolve a ticket. Ticket Site can be labelled as an organization’s structure (E.g. Head Office, Branch, Factory etc.)
There has to be one default site configured. Administrators can add, edit or remove sites from customization section.
Ticket Site is a mandatory field to create a ticket. In automatic ticket creation, the ticket is labeled with the default site.
Ticket Site can be modified from the Ticket Details Page.
Tickets can be sorted by Site in the Ticket List View.
