Ticket Sub-Category
Ticket Sub Category is provided to further organise the workflow following by Ticket Category. Ticket Sub categories useful to create efficient reports and dashboard view for the management for an overall picture.
Ticket Category is an optional field to create a ticket. In automatic ticket creation, the ticket is not assigned any default sub category.
Ticket Sub Category is displayed in the Ticket Details Page.
Ticket category can be modified from the Ticket Details Box.
