Pickup a Ticket

Technicians can pickup a ticket themselves.

Technicians can select and pick up the Tickets from the Ticket List.

Technicians can also pickup the ticket from the Ticket Details Page.

Assign Ticket

Tickets can be assigned from the Ticket List. Select the tickets you want to assign and choose a technician from the Assign Button.

Tickets can also be assigned from the Ticket Details View.
