Ticket Created Date

The date and timestamp of the ticket creation date is stored within a ticket so it can be searched and sorted.

Ticket Created Date is displayed in ticket detail page.

The Ticket List can be sorted based on the ticket created date.

The Tickets can be searched through a range of ticket creation date.

Users can click on the created date and can search through pre-defined ranges as well as can search through a custom date criteria.
